The youth of the Theo Ratliff Activity Center is working with Bryan W. Whitfield Memorial Hospital to implement a City-Wide Anti-Smoking initiative by focusing on Second-Hand Smoke and it's effects on youth.  This project will provide educational material and, also, work to strengthen public knowledge of smoking through distribution of flyers by the Theo Ratliff Activity Center  Participants.
